Terms of Service

Effective May 16, 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 17 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Dererk William Copeland Jr., an individual doing business as "goplug.me," a sole proprietorship based in Deptford, New Jersey, United States ("goplug.me," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website, applications, APIs, and related services (the "Service"). If you do not agree to every provision below, do not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you (a) are at least 18 years old, (b) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction, (c) are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law, and (d) are not on any U.S. government list of restricted parties.

2. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account using a valid Google sign-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, all activity occurring under your account, safeguarding your account credentials, and promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

  • Submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Submit referral codes you are not legally authorized to refer, or that violate the issuer's terms;
  • Submit referral codes for adult content, weapons, illicit drugs, unregulated financial products, illegal gambling, prohibited MLM schemes, or any service prohibited by law;
  • Misrepresent yourself or impersonate any person or entity;
  • Engage in click fraud or artificial inflation of any metric;
  • Use bots, scrapers, or any automated means to access or extract Service data, except for compliant general-purpose search engine crawlers;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or models;
  • Probe, scan, or attack the Service's security or authentication;
  • Send spam, phishing, or malware via the Service;
  • Use the Service to train any machine learning model without our prior written consent;
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted;
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

4. User Content; License Grant

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant goplug.me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, and otherwise use User Content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and providing the Service. This license continues for as long as your User Content is on the Service and for a reasonable wind-down period in backups and analytics records after removal.

You represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to submit your User Content and grant the license above; that it does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party right; and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Referral Codes; Click Attribution

Whether a referral, signup bonus, commission, or reward is actually credited depends entirely on the referring program operated by the third party that issues the code. We do not guarantee any referral will be credited. Click counts are estimates and may be adjusted, debounced, or excluded where we detect inauthentic activity, in our sole discretion.

6. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law. We may change pricing for future billing periods on at least 14 days' advance notice by email or in-product notification. Residents of California, New York, and other states with automatic renewal laws have additional rights as described in their respective statutes.

7. Boost Auctions

Boost placement is allocated through a daily sealed-bid, generalized second-price auction. By placing a bid you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. Bids are binding once submitted. Winning bids are charged the next-highest bidder's price (GSP), not your bid amount. We may refund or void a charge in our sole discretion if the boosted code is removed, capped, withdrawn, or otherwise rendered ineligible. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a boost.

8. Moderation; Removal Rights

We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, with or without notice, review, edit, restrict, hide, or remove any User Content, and suspend or terminate any account, for any reason. Decisions are final unless required to be reviewable under applicable law. Suspension or termination of your account, including for violations of these Terms, does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, brand, logo, trademarks, and content created by us, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent at dmca@goplug.me or to the physical address listed in Section 21. Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and a current copy of the registration is available in the Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory. Misrepresentations may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We may remove allegedly infringing content and will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(i). If your content is removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same address.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services and links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for those services or sites. Your use of any third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

12. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to those practices.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REFERRAL REWARDS WILL BE PAID.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GOPLUG.ME BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless goplug.me and our service providers, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms or any law, or any dispute between you and a third party.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Sections 4, 5, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, and any provision that by its nature should survive will survive termination.

17. Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court, and we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect our intellectual property.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration will take place in Gloucester County, New Jersey, or by telephone or videoconference at your election. The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq., governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.

Class action waiver. YOU AND WE EACH AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@goplug.me within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.

Severability. If the class action waiver above is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim shall be severed from arbitration and brought in court, but the remainder of this arbitration agreement shall remain in effect.

18. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 17, any judicial action permitted under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

19. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without liability. We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or prominent notice. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

20. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign without restriction, including to a successor entity in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of the business. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created. We are not liable for delay or failure of performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
